TERMS OF SERVICE

PAYMENT

• Payment is done upfront via p@yp@l invoice. You can pay 100% upfront from the start, or you can split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.
• You CANNOT use my commissioned art to train your Generative AI model nor to be used for NFTs.
• Please have references of your chosen character(s) ready, and include the email you use for p@yp@l in your message so i can send you an invoice once i accept it.
• Private Commissions have an additional $25 USD fee, and I will never share your commission publicly.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• Completion time will vary wildly depending on factors like my health, the complexity of the piece, other commitments, and anything else out of my control. I will try my best to notify you of the last three.
• Once i finish the piece, you will recieve: a full-resolution PNG image, and a web-friendly JPEG version inside a private MEGA folder. KRA project files will NOT be handed over nor be available in my public KRA repository.
• Revisions are ALLOWED. The first 3 minor revisions and 1 major revision are free, any more will incur extra fees.

COMMUNICATION

• CONTACT: Twitter and Discord DMs are OK for personal use and private commissioners, and STRICTLY EMAIL for commercial use commissioners.
• I will be sharing my progress through the above means of communication.
• Please be upfront with any changes or the ideas you want for me to convey. Providing a rough idea and/or sketch of how the artwork would look like would help me a lot, but it isn't required.

COPYRIGHT STUFF

I, M4RI_Lyntik:

• I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned piece (your characters are still yours, etc.)
• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned piece unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece online, in my portfolio and in my other social media platforms.

You (the customer/commissioner):

• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.
• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.
• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).
